A person you know could be experiencing a mental health or substance abuse problem. Learn an action plan to help. You are more likely to encounter someone in an emotional or mental crisis than someone having a heart attack. Learn how to help a friend, family member, coworker, or neighbor in need. This free training includes a workbook and snacks. Class size is limited.
This course is an 8-hour class. Lunch will be provided. You must register for the course by 04.12.2024 since there is pre-work that needs to be completed by 04.16.2024.
