A General Aviation Symposium: Maximizing the Economic and Social Values of Wallowa County Airports. This program will focus on the economic and social importance of our County airports. The featured speaker will be Dave Ulane, Northwest Mountain Regional manager of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.
