39th Summer Fishtrap Gathering of Writers
Come up to Wallowa Lake Lodge and hear stories from some of the best writers in the West. The 39th annual Summer Fishtrap Gathering of Writers takes place June 23 through 27 and includes nightly events that are open to the general public. Admission is free Tuesday through Friday. Tickets for Saturday night’s keynote address with Oregon Poet Laureate Ellen Waterston are $15 or $12.50 for Fishtrappers. Learn more and reserve your tickets at fishtrap.org

Each event is followed by a book signing. Books are available for purchase from the Bookloft in the Lodge lobby.

Fishtrap Program Director Mike Midlo officially welcomes you to Summer Fishtrap during this opening night event, featuring an opening address from Executive Director Shannon McNerney, plus a reading from Oregon Poet Laureate Ellen Waterston.
