BAGS AVAILABLE TO DECORATE SEPTEMBER 22-29 AT: Wallowa Public Library\, Market Place Fresh Foods in Joseph\, Dollar Stretcher\, The Little Store\, Winding Waters Clinic\, Wallowa Memorial Clinics in Joseph and Enterprise\, and Wallowa Valley Center for Wellness.  Please leave decorated bags at one of the above locations by noon on September 29th. Also\, please join us on Thursday\, September 30th at the Wallowa County Courthouse for the Out of the Dark\, luminary vigil from 7pm-9pm.
