DESCRIPTION:Piano Extravaganza Benefit at the Josephy Center for Arts & Culture. \n\n \n\nThe 4th annual piano showcase will be held at the Josephy Center on Thursday\, May 31\, at 7 PM. This yearly event displays the great variety of piano talent we have in NE Oregon\, while celebrating the depth of genres that can be performed on this magnificent instrument. \n\n \n\nGail Swart\, Seth Kinzie\, Carrie Chupp\, & Erin Stauffer will all be performing this year. There may be more pianists announced in the coming weeks. Impressionist\, romantic\, and contemporary pieces ranging from Chopin\, Einaudi\, & O'Halloran can be expected\, in addition to personal compositions created by the performers themselves. \n\n \n\nAdmission is by donation. The suggested amount is $10. This concert will benefit general support activities and classes at Josephy. \n\n \n\nDoors open at 6:30 and refreshments will be served.
