Workshop For Entreprenuers
Oregon has a new law that allows any Oregonian to invest in Oregon businesses, and the Northeast Oregon Community Capital Collaborative (NEOC3) and Hatch Oregon are teaming up to help spread the word with evening launch events and daytime workshops for entrepreneurs in La Grande, Enterprise and Baker City.
Amy Pearl, founder of Hatch Oregon, will explore how the new Community Public Offering (CPO) law can help your Oregon business raise money from your Oregon neighbors. Amy will provide a comprehensive explanation of the technical, legal, and logistical process of listing your company for public fundraising.
NEOC3 is a community partnership that is spreading the word about local investing, to educate people about their ability to take more control of their financial futures. The Northeast Oregon Economic Development District’s mission is to provide resources and facilitate quality decision-making for the benefit of entrepreneurs, businesses and communities in Baker, Union, and Wallowa counties.
